Shipping Policy

At Best Health Co, we stand behind our products 100%.  We carry the highest quality products available and we want our customers to have the opportunity to experience them without risk. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges)*. See refund policy for more information. If you do want to conduct a return, please mail back your products to: Best Health Co, 1416 NW 46th St, Ste 105 PMB 111, Seattle, WA 98107-4622, once we receive the items, we can provide a refund on the payment method you used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label). 


*To receive a full refund to the original payment method used, orders must be returned UNUSED and UNOPENED within 30 days of the date of delivery. 

Free Shipping On Domestic US Orders Over $75

We are excited to offer you free ground shipping within the continental United States on orders meeting or exceeding $75. If you qualify, select the free delivery (up to 12 business days) option at checkout.

This offer is valid only for orders shipped to addresses within the United States. The free shipping option is not valid for international orders, wholesale accounts, or other discounted purchases

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and/or text message if requested. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Order Shipment

Orders usually ship within 7 days from the purchase date. In most circumstances, your order will ship sooner than that, however, due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, it may take a longer or shorter amount of time. If you need rush order processing, please contact us at hello@besthealth.co. If you do not receive tracking information from us within one week of your order, feel free to follow up with us at hello@besthealth.co. 

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, due to mishandling during shipping, you should make note of it by taking PHOTOS of the damage and/or other record of the damage and contact us immediately.  If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact us at hello@besthealth.co and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and replace the damaged goods. Photos of the damage may be required to process your insurance claim and recovery may not be available without this record. 

International Shipping Customs, Duties, & Taxes

International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

The customer is responsible for all potential customs fees and rates.

If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you want a refund on your order, please contact us at hello@besthealth.co.

Best Health Co is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs. If customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from customs, we can issue you a refund for the order only if we receive the package back and if the contents are in sellable condition.

In the event the package is not returned to us by customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.

International orders/shipments may be subject to the possible opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery.

Best Health Co is not responsible for orders that are held up at customs, damaged by customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process.

NOTE: Possible custom and duty charges will occur especially for International and Canadian customers. These charges will be determined based on the retail value of the products and not on discounted or sales prices.

INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX SHIPPING

  • We cannot ship to international PO Boxes. All international orders require a verifiable physical shipping address and we are unable able to ship through alternate couriers at this time.

  • We currently support shipments to the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and United States, overall including up to 200+ countries with our various international shipping partners. 

  • Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.  

What happens if my Domestic Package is Lost or Stolen in the United States?

When the tracking from your package indicates that it was delivered, we are no longer responsible. If you did not receive your package, please print out the tracking information and take it to your local office of shipping (UPS, USPS, or DHL) and they will help you. If you live someplace where your packages are left in a public space, you might want to consider shipping to a more secure location.

What happens if my International Package is Lost, Stolen, or Left in Customs?

We cannot refund lost/slow packages or packages that are held in customs. It is your responsibility to know about your country’s custom’s rules. Each country has different rules for allowing dietary supplements and herbs into the country. Clearing customs is the slowest part of the delivery. It can add many days to shipping time. We will not change any information on customs documents. If you choose to refuse your package, we can only refund you (less the costs incurred during return shipping) once the package arrives back at Best Health Co - which can take several weeks or months.
